I used this prior to a diet change and it worked great. I felt less bloated with a feeling of lightness. Mostly it provided a very easy transition into my diet change and my skin looks great!

This product made it possible to fit into my skinny jeans and also i was having a major problem with breakouts, after 3 days taking ocea draine, my face was visibly clearer with no new pimples. thank you.
