This product was good at keeping me 'matte' but as with all sunscreens there is a shine factor. Which is why you usually don't see spf and matte in one product because one that is mattifying is always going to be more matte than one that is mattifying and with spf. My concern was that when I applied it, it gave my face a 'white' look. Which I felt didn't look as good on my medium skin tone. However that day at the office, I got compliments on how great my skin looked and it was the first day I tried it. So what looked not right for me, someone else thought looked great! I just feel that I wasn't as 'glowy' with the matte block on.
