I purchased this product because i know how good omega 3 is for your body... i needed an exfoliator in the winter time that helped scrub away the dead flaky skin cells, but that also hydrated my skin at the same time. That is usually very hard to find. This jar is HUGE and will last you a long time. Its like a great snack for your skin... the moisture lasts all day long!
