Smells terrific

I love that this blemish serum is organic but I'm not quite sure if it is effective enough for my very oily, acne prone skin. It smells delicious and has apples and lemon in it- but I think I need something stronger. I would certainley recommend it to anyone that just has an occassional breakout, though.
