this neat bodybuffer gives instant deep tissue massage anytime you need it, and feels great.. it also works as a great exfoliator, sloughing of dead skin and flushing new oxygenated blood to the muscles and skin.. ((For cellulite, you have to use as directed which is twice a day, 5 mins in the AM, 5 mins at night)) -- before bed is great as it relaxes muscles.. .. it's a great machine.. I love it..
