this is a toner not a lotion

i use this with the pevonia combination skin cleanser and it has evened out my skin tone to were even my husband has noticed! and he never notices anything. it does moisterize it's just that i was a little surpriced that it was a liquid and not a lotion. just put it on with a cotton ball.
