The only negative is the glass container in a bathroom other then that there is no negatives. I use with the matching shampoo and conditioner but have also tried with other shampoos and not had the same results. I recently stopped coloring my hair and was amazed how drab my own shade is with gray and white hair. This serum is to your hair and scalp what a face serum is to your skin. The serum and matching shampoo and mask leave your hair really soft but with body and great sheen.I do prefer using the trio together but you can use the serum with any other shampoo. As far as the gray hair it is there as in softer looking highlights. As far as any white hair it is still there and white! Hopefully the longer I use the less gray I will see?
If having really soft radiant hair with body is anti-aging this delivers.My hair sheen was awesome for drab brown hair!
