My husband loves the stimulation of the peppermint on his scalp. I only would use in the am as it is a wake up call shampoo,better then Starbucks! We both have dry hair and scalp but use this once a week to remove styling products and scalp treatment build up. I have a little color left on my hair and it looks as good as the day it was done. We both were surprised how active it is on the scalp but leaves your hair feeling soft but with plenty of body and I have thin fine hair.Unless you have very oily hair or scalp one wash should do it.
