I first found out about this product when I had a facial on a cruise. The aesthetician told me that the product is gentle and work great if you put it on about 20 minutes before bed and left it stay overnight. I usually do this about once a week or if I have a blemish. By morning the blemish is usually no longer red. The mask has a strong scent of lavendar but I love lavendar so I have never minded the scent. If a person is sensitve to scents then this is not the mask for you.
